I did not receive my order because it was undeliverable by the USPS. When I ordered I gave my full address which was Peter J Putnam, 10 Benning Street, suite160 box184, West Lebanon, NH 03784. I was informed that my order was being sent back. I emailed you people the minute I saw that YOU HAD LEFT OUT SUITE160, BOX184 this is an important part of my address and someone on your end shorten it up. As a consequence I never received my order. So obviously I was definitely not a happy camper and because of this some of my aquarium fish have died. That is the reason you have been given a POOR rating from me. My recommendation is that you do something about your procedures and add a few more lines to complete addresses.
