Refund policy

At Happy Minutes, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand our procedures and guidelines.

Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all tags attached.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Intimate apparel (e.g., bras, underwear) that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at sales@HappyMinutes.store to initiate a return. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

  3. Shipping: Pack your item securely, including the RA number inside the package. You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning your item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

  4. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your return. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please follow these steps:

  • Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  • Contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@HappyMinutes.store.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at sales@HappyMinutes.store with your order details and a description of the issue.
