We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the USA. Orders are typically shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination and package weight.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Please note that our order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will begin processing the next business day.

Transit Time
Once your order has been processed, you can expect it to arrive within 4-7 business days.

Total Delivery Time
The total delivery time from the moment you place your order is approximately 5-10 business days.

Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or international addresses at this time.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the carrier's website.

Shipping Charges
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the USA. There are no hidden fees or additional shipping charges at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at - support@Happy Minutes.us or +1 (689) 227-6170 within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Shipping Options

We offer Standard (UPS or USPS) and Express (UPS Overnight) shipping options. Each option offers a different delivery date. However, all options require time to process the order before shipping.

We pride ourselves on fast shipping and will do our best to ship your item within 48 hours. For larger orders, we might be able to have the item(s) shipped via common carrier.

 

APO / FPO Delivery

We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. You must select "Standard Shipping” during the Checkout process.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order was marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact our customer service right away. We will start a investigation with the shipping carrier to retrieve your package. The carrier investigation may take up to 5 business days. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Happy Minutes is not responsible for any stolen packages.
